The Role
To maximise cash flow whilst minimising overdue debt through proactive credit management and collections activity.Dealing with customer queries and resolution through both internal and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities
• Credit Control /Cash Collection – Telephone/Contact customers on a regular basis following up due monies and building relationships
• Cash Allocation/Sales Ledger Management – to ensure all payments and transactions are accurately allocated to the correct accounts. Ensure unapplied cash is notified to Senior/Team Leader
• Ledgers/Accounts – to manage own workload whilst ensuring the reduction of aged debt.
• Relationships – establish rapport and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers
• Dunning – send overdue/pre legal letters/actions and correspondence to customers
• Queries – dealing with calls and correspondence from internal and external contacts. Ensure all queries are accurately recorded in a timely manner. Liasing with customers and branches to resolve disputes.
• Escalation – identifying potential risk/opps in accounts and escalating to Senior/Team Leader where necessary
• General admin and filing – processing paperwork for all key tasks and dealing with incoming/outgoing mail. Ensure all filing is documented and up-to-date.
• Team – standing in for other team members and processes where necessary

The Role

Provide a professional and efficient delivery service in accordance with relevant legislation, company EHS and quality policies.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that the Company vehicle allocated is maintained in a roadworthy and clean condition, documenting appropriate checks and reporting any faults immediately.
• Assist in loading assembled orders onto vehicle ensuring that the payload is within the limits for the vehicle and that the permissible axle weights are not exceeded and that goods are safely loaded for transportation and delivery
• Ensure all scheduled deliveries are completed on time, in full on a daily basis, utilising the relevant route planning tools
• Deliver to customers as directed and assist with unloading and taking to final delivery point as requested. Report any problems with delivery sites.
• Ensure that all POD paperwork is correct and authorised, and all cash payments are collected and accounted for at the Branch

The Role
To manage operational and support the Warehouse manager, deputising in their absence, control and coordinate and manage a small delivery transport function using IT logistic software, in line with legal requirements, maintaining administration and company standards of performance
Key Responsibilities

The Role

An opportunity has arisen within our Bunzl Safety business for a talented Bid Writer to join our Bid Team. This role would suit an individual from a Bid Coordinator or Junior Bid Writer background who is seeking progression in their career. A natural project manager, you'll be comfortable reporting to a team of subject matter experts to craft winning solutions. You’ll need expert MS Office skills, whilst being skilled in InDesign and be comfortable using your initiative to work independently, as well as part of a team. To support and assist the Safety Bid Team to produce outstanding bid responses and manage the end to end process from bid qualifications to pitch.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing bespoke, compelling and market leading tender documents (PQQ/RFI’s, RFP/ITT’s) for both new and existing business.
• Support the continued development of the ‘Bid Library’
• Organise and participate in ‘Kick Off’ and ‘Review’ meetings
• Use InDesign to create market leading tenders
• Create presentations in collaboration with the ‘Business Development’ and ‘Corporate Account’ teams
• Occasional travel to our Service Centres and other businesses
• Ensure that all major tenders / enquires are managed to meet the internal expectations

Your skills

The Role

The Role
• Accurately set up customers and orders on system, completing customer service register and reports. Managing the day to day activities of the Sales order processing for export customers.

The Role

The Role

The Role

To produce a variety of garments on a daily basis based on customer specifications using heatseal equipment and ensuring orders are checked and packed off to meet customer To work with other team members to ensure heatseal work is allocated in order to maximise production output on a daily basis

• Ensuring the heatseal machines are correctly operated at all times to maximise production output and minimise damages or below standard heatsealed Garments
• Locating the correct designs/transfers matching the approval and placement information specified by the customer and ensuring the design is suitable for the garments that are to be heat-sealed before work commences
• Ensuring that before a job is started, the information on the delivery note matches the customer’s approval and that the correct design/transfer in the correct position is heat-sealed onto the correct garment
• Check all garments against the customer orders to ensure you have the correct size, colour and quantity and that the garment is of the correct quality and without defect before starting production
• Heatseal: identifying the correct transfers from the locations designated on G2B/delivery note to ensure the correct transfer is applied at the correct temperature/pressure and for the correct duration so as not to damage the garment.
• Regularly maintaining all machinery to the agreed standard and maintenance schedule to prevent downtime, damages and below standard garments
• Completing all daily orders on time and in full. Any delays to orders need to be communicated early in the day to a Supervisor/Manager so that alternative arrangements can be made to meet customer deadlines
• Report any issues with orders including completing shortages/damages/incorrect stock forms to supervisor/manager within 2 hours so that the necessary support/garments can be provided
• Raising any defects with machinery or requirements for consumable products to ensure the safe and optimal operation of all machinery to complete branding orders
