The Role
The Cleaning & Hygiene Product Manager will own the development of the products within the Bunzl exclusive brand ranges of cleaning & hygiene products (consisting of cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment and paper hygiene products) from cradle to grave across Bunzl UK & Ireland. You will listen to the voice of the customer and use data gathered from outside and within the business to continuously innovate and improve the ranges to deliver class-leading product offerings to our customer base both digitally and through traditional methods.

Key Responsibilities
• To own, manage and develop the 3 brands and their associated product ranges so that Bunzl’s market share is grown and developed in line with targets
• To work closely with the marketing teams to develop suitable ranges of sales and marketing collateral
• Builds, effectively presents and delivers presentations on the products, features and benefits to internal and external customers
• Analyse sales and market research to identify trends and gaps
• Seek competitor advantage & support the generation of effective targeted campaigns
• Work closely with customers to understand requirements
• Review industry trends and feedback anticipate future demands
• Previous experience in managing a range of consumable products or FMCG’s is essential
• Experience of B2B market places
• Attend trade fairs and shows to gain market knowledge and support brand growth in new areas
• Flexibility and willingness to meet varied hours and some travel is essential to success in this role
• Driving licence (preferred)

The Role

To support the National Account Directors, Managers, and National Account Customers to ensure all enquiries and problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently providing excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting National Account Directors and Managers by responding to emails and dealing with enquiries from National customers promptly and provide swift resolution to any problems that occur
• Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly BCHS Branches and Credit Control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved
• Assist the National Account Directors (NADs) and Managers (NAMs) when dealing with all customer issues/ queries/ requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required
• Implement and monitor Start Up Orders for National Accounts and manage out of stock items by communicating with BCHS Branches and NAMs by use of Pink Box Reports
• Liaise with webmaster for online enquires and product additions for National Account Customers
• Supporting the National Account customers in reference to quotations and pricing
• Dealing with complex customer service issues, escalating problems where necessary and owning the responsibility of resolution where appropriate

The Role

The Role
To maximise cash flow whilst minimising overdue debt through proactive credit management and collections activity.Dealing with customer queries and resolution through both internal and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities
• Credit Control /Cash Collection – Telephone/Contact customers on a regular basis following up due monies and building relationships

The Role

The Role

The Role

The Role

To manage operational and support the Warehouse manger, deputising in their absence , control and coordinate and manage a small delivery transport function using IT logistic software, in line with legal requirements, maintaining administration and company standards of performance
Key Responsibilities

• Deputise in Managers absence and work collaboratively with all management to achieve objectives
• Discharge duties in a safe manner in accordance with relevant legislation and Bunzl EHS policies.
• Report hazards immediately.
• Use all equipment provided in accordance with safe working practices.
Ensure site is secured inline with local requirements at end of shift
• Ensure the warehouse and yard are kept clean and tidy at all times, that spillages are promptly cleared and waste minimised.
• Receive goods and check into the warehouse accurately.
• Place goods correctly into storage bays. Ensure that stock is stored to allow safe storage, lifting and lowering
• Pick goods accurately and build pallets in a way that protects personal safety, the safety of the driver in transit and when delivering and ensures the integrity of the product.
• Report any short orders.
• Assist in loading vehicles, working with the driver to ensure compliance with all legal requirements on vehicle loading.
• Coordinated and route plan through IT all delivery routes
• Meet timeframes for delivery vehicle loading and departing

The Role

• Assist in advertising roles across job boards & Social Media
• Assist in conducting initial pre-screens / booking in interviews and sending confirmations to candidates
• Send out new starter surveys to the new starters and collate the feedback monthly
• Assist in sourcing a talent pool of drivers 3.5tn /7.5tn / warehouse operatives throughout Cleaning & Safety locations using social media / job boards and cv database
• Assist with recruitment open days/ assessment centres
• Update spread sheets (Recruitment advert costs on a monthly basis)
• Provide adequate holiday cover across the Recruitment department
• General administrative duties
• Undertake HR ad hoc tasks/projects as and when required

Desired skills

• Must be proactive and show commitment
• Quickly build relationship over the phone
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent Computer skills - Microsoft word, Excel, Office and PowerPoint


Desired qualifications

• Maths & English Grade C/5 or above desirable (or equivalent)
